Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and any work agreed with us. They are written to match what is actually supplied: digital structures, cards, labels and written notes.
Effective date[Effective date to be set at publication]
1. Who these terms are with
- Versionelyx Brand Materials Ltd
- Company number: 17328810
- Registered office address: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ
- Contact: customer@versionelyx.com
By using this website you accept these terms. Where we agree a piece of work with you, these terms apply to it unless we have signed something else that says otherwise.
2. What we supply
We prepare digital brand resource hub structures and the material that makes them understandable: sections, resource cards, written version labels, usage notes and instruction pages. Work is supplied either as a prepared structure or as a structure tailored to your departments, material and intended environment.
Just as importantly, these things are not supplied:
- file storage, hosting or backup of your material;
- accounts, logins, permissions or access control of any kind;
- search inside the contents of your files;
- synchronisation, change history or reporting on downloads;
- automated version control - version labels are written by hand when a material is agreed;
- design of logos, brands or visual identities;
- any regulated, financial, legal, medical, cyber security or licensed service.
A hub does not approve material, does not remove outdated files and cannot prevent someone using the wrong one. It sets the material out so that the right choice is clear.
3. Orders and prices
Nothing can be bought from this website. There is no basket, no price list and no payment page, because the commercial terms have not been set:[Prices to be added][Payment terms to be added]. What each product or route includes is confirmed in writing before any work starts:[Scope of each product to be confirmed].
How an order is placed and confirmed is still to be settled:[Order confirmation process to be confirmed]. Until an order is confirmed in writing, nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
4. Timescales
How long a piece of work takes depends on how much material there is and how quickly it can be checked: [Typical timescales to be added]. Any date agreed for a particular order is agreed in writing for that order.
5. What we need from you
We need the material itself or links to it, a description of the teams who will use the hub, the wording you want used about the company, and confirmation of which variant of each material is current. Work that waits on those things simply waits.
You confirm that you hold the rights necessary to give us the material you supply and to have it presented in a hub, and that the material is ordinary, non-confidential business and brand material. Please do not send confidential material: the site asks you not to at every point where you might.
6. Your material
Your material stays yours. We use it only to carry out the agreed work, we do not pass it to anyone else and we do not publish it. We do not provide storage or backup: keeping your own copy of everything you send remains your responsibility.
7. Delivery
Everything is supplied digitally. How the finished work reaches you and in what formats is agreed per order:[Delivery method to be confirmed][Handover file formats to be confirmed]. Where the finished hub is published, and who arranges that, is also agreed per order:[Hosting arrangement for the finished hub to be confirmed]. Details of delivery and of refunds are on theDelivery & Refunds page.
8. Use of what we deliver
What you may do with the delivered material - internal use, adaptation, and whether anything may be passed on - is still to be confirmed:[Licence terms for delivered materials to be confirmed]. Until those terms are set out in writing, assume the material is for use inside your own organisation and is not for resale.
9. Adjustments
Work is checked by you before handover, and wording or grouping can be adjusted at that point. What counts as an adjustment rather than new work, and how many rounds are included, is still to be confirmed:[Number of included adjustment rounds to be confirmed].
10. Ending an order
Either side may end an order in writing. What is payable for work already done, and how notice is given, is still to be confirmed:[Cancellation terms to be confirmed].
11. Our responsibility
We take care over the work and correct our own mistakes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of material you supply, for decisions your team makes about which file to use, for loss of material you have not kept a copy of, or for anything arising from the environment in which you publish the hub, since we neither host nor control it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. This website
Every hub, category, company and material shown on this website is a demonstration written for illustration. The download rows in those demonstrations are layout elements: there are no files behind them and nothing is fetched. The text and drawings on this site belong to Versionelyx.
13. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to customer@versionelyx.com with the details and we will answer. Raising it with us first is quicker than any other route.
14. Governing law
The law that applies to these terms, and the courts that would deal with a dispute, are still to be confirmed:[Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed].
