Versionelyx Brand Materials Ltd works on one thing: taking the standard business and brand material a company already holds and setting it out so the right file is easy to find and easy to understand.
What we do
A narrow specialism, on purpose
Most companies already have everything they need. The logo exists, the deck exists, the description of the business exists. What is missing is a single place where those things sit together with a note saying which one to use, so that finding them does not depend on asking the right colleague.
That is the work: structured sections for logos, images, presentations, document templates and company descriptions; a card for each material carrying its name, its file type, a version label and what it is for; and short written instructions that explain the choices. The material stays yours and stays where you keep it.
Two routes are offered. A prepared hub structure arrives already decided and waits for your material. A tailored setup changes the sections, the card fields, the wording and the appearance to match your departments, your files and the environment you intend to publish in.
Everything is supplied digitally, and everything is built from ordinary, non-confidential business and brand material.
What we do not do
Where the work stops
Versionelyx does not design logos, brands or visual identities. It does not store, host or back up material, and provides no accounts, logins, permissions, content search, synchronisation, change history or download reporting. Version labels are written by hand when a material is agreed: they are descriptions that tell one variant from another, not automated version control.
Nothing offered here is a regulated, financial, legal, medical, cyber security or licensed service. A hub does not approve material, does not remove outdated files and cannot prevent someone using the wrong one; what it does is make the right choice obvious.
Every hub, category and material shown on this website is a demonstration written for illustration. No client work, client name or client file appears anywhere on the site.
