Hub products
A hub product is the part that is already decided: the sections, the card layout, the way version labels read and the pages that explain them. You supply the material; the structure is waiting for it.
What a hub product contains
Sections for logos, images, presentations, document templates, company descriptions and usage instructions, in a settled order with settled names.
A card that carries the material name, the file type, a version label, what the material is for and the place its link sits.
A written way of labelling variants, with a key page saying what each label means and who decides which variant is current.
Pages for the notes that hold a hub together: which file suits which situation, how files are named, who looks after the hub.
A consistent way of showing what a material looks like before anyone opens it, so a card can be read at a glance.
Written guidance on adding a material later, replacing one and keeping the labels honest as things change.
The sections you start from
These are the sections a hub product arrives with. Any of them can be renamed, split or left out, which is where a tailored setup begins.
The approved logo variants kept together, each with a note saying where it belongs. Someone who needs a mark for a slide, a document or a supplier can see which variant fits without asking first.

The pictures and graphics a company is happy to see in public, grouped by the place they are meant for rather than by the date they were made. Each entry says which placement it was prepared for.
