Delivery & Refunds
Everything supplied is digital, so there is nothing to post and nothing to wait for in a van. This page says how work reaches you and what happens if something is wrong.
Effective date[Effective date to be set at publication]
1. Nothing is sold from this website
There is no basket, no price list and no payment page on this site. Work is agreed in writing first, so this page describes how an agreed order is delivered rather than how a purchase is made here.
2. What is delivered
A hub structure with its sections, the resource cards agreed with you, the written version labels, the usage notes and the instruction pages, together with notes on keeping the hub in order. Nothing physical is sent.
How the finished work reaches you and in what formats is agreed per order:[Delivery method to be confirmed][Handover file formats to be confirmed]. Where the hub is published, and who arranges that, is also agreed per order:[Hosting arrangement for the finished hub to be confirmed]. Versionelyx does not host material or provide storage.
3. When it is delivered
Delivery follows the check step: you read through the cards, the labels and the notes, and the finished material is handed over once you are satisfied. How long that takes depends on the amount of material and how quickly it can be checked:[Typical timescales to be added]. Any date agreed for a particular order is agreed in writing for that order.
4. Checking the work
Before handover you see the sections, the cards, the version labels and the instruction pages as they will be. That is the point at which to say that something should be worded differently or grouped another way.
5. Adjustments after handover
Wording and grouping can be adjusted after handover. What counts as an adjustment rather than new work, and how many rounds are included, is still to be confirmed:[Number of included adjustment rounds to be confirmed].
6. If delivery does not arrive
If an agreed handover has not reached you, write to customer@versionelyx.com and we will send it again. A digital handover can go astray in a mail system, and sending it a second time costs nothing.
7. Cancelling an order
Either side may end an order in writing. What is payable for work already done, and how much notice applies, is still to be confirmed:[Cancellation terms to be confirmed].
8. Refunds
The circumstances in which a payment is refunded, in whole or in part, are still to be confirmed: [Refund terms to be confirmed].
Where a customer buys as a consumer rather than for a business, digital content bought at a distance carries cancellation rights under UK consumer law, and those rights can be affected once supply of the content has begun with the customer's agreement. The exact wording is to be confirmed by the owner:[Consumer cancellation wording to be confirmed]. Nothing on this page removes a right the law gives you.
9. If something is wrong
If the delivered material is not what was agreed, write to customer@versionelyx.com setting out what is wrong. We would rather correct it than argue about it. If a fault cannot be put right, what happens then follows the refund terms above once they are confirmed.
